Editorial Policy
The standards we follow when we research, write, and update health content.
Our mission
Seluravexon helps everyday readers understand health and wellness topics and take practical, safe steps toward healthier habits. We write for a general audience in the United States, using clear American English and avoiding unnecessary jargon.
Sourcing standards
When an article makes a health claim, we base it on reputable, authoritative sources. Our preferred sources include:
- U.S. government health agencies, such as the CDC, NIH and its institutes, MedlinePlus, the National Institute on Aging, the FDA, and the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion
- Official national guidelines, such as the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans
- Established medical and public health organizations
We list sources at the end of each article and link to them so readers can verify information. We do not invent statistics, studies, quotes, or expert credentials.
Accuracy and balance
- We describe what the evidence supports and note when evidence is limited or mixed.
- We do not promise cures, guaranteed results, or rapid transformations.
- We do not recommend stopping or changing prescribed medications.
- We encourage readers to consult qualified healthcare professionals about individual concerns.
- We include safety notes and “when to see a doctor” guidance where relevant.
Independence
Our editorial decisions are made independently. Advertisers and partners do not review, approve, or influence our articles. Ads are clearly separated from editorial content, and we do not publish paid content disguised as articles.
Updates and corrections
We review content periodically and update articles when official guidance changes. If you believe something we published is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us. We take every report seriously, and when we correct a meaningful error we update the article and its “Updated” date.
Not medical advice
Everything on Seluravexon is for general information and education. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our full Medical Disclaimer.
